A bird’s eye view of my life

Helps me reflect on my incarnation

The lessons learned

The karmic release

When I embraced courage

And left  an unhealthy relationship

Many lifetimes together

Him as the oppressor

It was time to leave

To stop the recurring cycle

Leaving has allowed me to reclaim

my voice and power back

Adjusting to a new structure

Has shook my nervous system to the core

But growth does that

It pulls us a part in order to put ourselves back whole again

When we realized what we had lost in ourselves in the relationship

But then I knew

Spirit was guiding me to choose myself

To embrace my own self love

To heal the wounds of self denial

Because at my core

I know my truth

I know my worth

Now that I have finished this contract

I move forward

In self love for myself

And this beautiful self love will grow

Will spill over my cup

To be shared with those around me

I don’t have to shrink or silence my voice

My voice is my truth

And I embrace my life

In all the pathways it has led me down

And I promise myself

I will never betray myself again

I Am that I Am

A divine being with a radiant light

And now my light burns brightly in my truth

In my freedom

I am beautifully whole

And growing stronger each day in the lessons learned in this lifetime
