The Metamorphosis of Spiritual Consciousness

The struggle of life is illusory
We engage in our inner resistance
Eating, desiring, spinning around on leaves
But we are tired of our bodies
Our slow existence near the ground
So we build a silky cocoon into a shiny chrysalis
A protective casing filtering our view of life
Within the solitude of meditation
We search for peace and joy
We rise above duality in the power of the present moment
Realizing our higher consciousness is our true identity
A caterpillar in a cocoon
We are ready to transform
To dissolve the enzymes of suffering
That we have built for centuries
We are ready to break from the illusion of density
By opening our third eye to the energy of God
To master our egoic constraints
By letting go of them
Until we see the light transform our bodies
Transmute our karma
And freedom comes when we realize
We are aligned with our Higher Self in God
That we can flow with the current of nonresistance
As we master the duality within
Our egoic self
We begin to recognize the spiral of energy within
And clear the past blockages
Listening to our intuitive Self
Whispering to our soul
Reinforcing the truth we know in our heart
Of who we really are:
A divine manifestation of God
We come to realize that the world is
A matrix of mass consciousness
And we are merely players
Watching shadows on the wall of a cave
But one day we notice a spark of light from within
And we fan the flame inside and begin to see it transmute our suffering
And when we have let enough light in
Our pupa self-destructs the egoic patterns
Disintegrating the conditioned beliefs we learned in duality
The masks we have learned to play in society
The judgments and expectations placed upon us
Melt the filters that blurred our vision of reality
Releasing the desires that have trapped us from evolving
The liquid light of God surrounds us in our surrendering
Penetrating our walls with sacred fire
Rays from the sun nourishing our spirit
Fueling rapid energy to course throughout our body
And in this energy, we awaken to pure bliss
Our wings form in our metamorphosis of spiritual consciousness
Like the butterfly, we witness and observe our evolution
With gratitude and awe
We accept our true identity
Ready to feed on the nectar of the spirit
Ready to pollinate and spread the seeds of Christ consciousness
As we take off into the sky
We free ourselves from past perspectives
With non-attachment
We leave the cocoon, the cave of the ego
To embrace the eternal Higher Self
To revel in the liberation of flight
And as we spread our wings, we disperse the light
Our Christ consciousness growing and transforming our bodies
Until we have done the service we were destined to do on this Earth
And we receive the call to come home
To transcend this Earthly plane into the Conscious Oneness of God
